tracking instructor engagement and performance in class

Does Bright Space have a system through which an instructor's performance can be tracked? Or are there any reports that can be generated to see how the instructor engaged and how quickly assignments were graded? A search in documents shows that Intelligent Agents must somehow be used. The question I have is how. Can someone point me to the right place? Or share their experience with tracking instructors.
