Are there APIs available for a instructor to get all the submissions for an assignment and evaluate the submissions?

For the APIs, Assignments is still known as "Dropbox": https://docs.valence.desire2learn.com/res/dropbox.html#actions

This is an older term for what we now call "Assignments" and the name was changed a number of years ago, but certain back-end stuff like this still references dropbox instead.
