Students can submit feedback for content topics by opening the action arrow for a topic and selecting 'Submit feedback for this topic'. Does anyone know where I can access this feedback or where the feedback is located?

Thanks @omar.g.602 Unfortunately, Course Content Feedback is not a tool I can access. I do not have the tool available in my Instructor role. I'll work with our LMS Admins to find options.

I was able to find the feedback by opening the View Reports tool in the Related Tools menu, which is not intuitive. Another drawback is being unable to clear the feedback after an issue has been resolved.
