Unable to display assignments in annotation tool

We had some instructors report getting this error when using Firefox a couple of weeks ago, changing browsers resolved the issue. We are now seeing this in Google Chrome. I haven't noticed this on the known issues log, but wanted to see if anyone else had this problem before submitting a ticket.

    Hello @Mandi.S.261 thanks for bringing this to our attention! Based on this documentation: https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/5663-browser-support both Google Chrome and Firefox are both supported browsers. If you're still experiencing issues, please feel free to reach out to the D2L Support Team to create a case.

    As an Approved Support Contact for Bryan, you can log into the ASC portal and use the “Chat with an Expert” option at the bottom of the page to connect directly with the Support Team. They will assist you further and can raise a case on your behalf.
