SCORM Grading is not updating # of attempts

Hello!

Please help - I am using Articulate Rise360 and imported a SCORM object using SCORM 2004-4th edition.

My testing is set-up as pass/fail and 80% is a pass. I have been testing completion and grading is working as expected, but attempts are not being recorded. They are frozen at 1. I did in fact take the below twice - first time got 40%, second attempt got 67% - how can I rectify this?

    Based on what you’re describing, I think it would be a good idea to have a support agent take a closer look at things.   

    Your first step is to connect with your school or organization’s Help Desk to create a support request.
