Has anyone gotten a question mark on a Quiz?
I have an instructor who is getting this error message on a Quiz under the content tab. He needed to adjust a question (which he could through the quiz itself). However, this specific question pool didn't show up in his question library. Every other pool was there except this one.
Could someone offer assistance to help me help him fix these two issues?

The Question mark which you see in the image attached is the icon for quiz added in content. It is not having any issues or errors.
Can you please provide more details on the error message which instructor receives when adding/updating any questions ? Is the instructor selecting Edit activity from the content and tries altering the questions ?
Can you also add details on what question pool didn't show up, where the question pool is found ?
I would really appreciate if you can provide all above details to help you further on this question or please raise a support case adding requested details.

The instructor was trying to edit from the Content area. Should he have tried editing from the Quiz area? He could edit the quiz from the Content area just fine.
When he went to Quizzes, the Quiz, and clicked on the Quiz to the Edit Question Pool, he'd click Browse Question Library. This is the ONLY pool of questions that didn't appear in the Question Library.
He also tried going to Quizzes, Question Library and that pool didn't show up there either. Any suggestions?
