Course Overview Widget - Tool Access Report

I have the course overview widget set up in a course shell. The instructor can see the widget and access the class engagement and course access links. When clicking on the Tool Access, The following message appears:

Sorry, the Brightspace Data Platform is unavailable at this time. Please check back later.

I've gone through and made sure I have permissions set but what am I missing? Here are the permissions I've set for the faculty role:

See Course Overview Widget - Course Offering
See Class Engagement - Course Offering
Can Use Analytics Builder - Org

Can See Adoption Dashboard - Course Offering, Semester, Section
Can See Assessment Quality Dashboard - Course Offering, Semester, Section
Can See Outcome Achievement Dashboard - Course Offering, Semester, Section

Based on the permissions you've listed, it appears that the Tool Management > See Org Tool Management permission is not included. Could you try enabling this permission? It is part of the recommended permissions listed under https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4547-set-up-course-overview-and-class-engagement and more information on this permission can be found here: https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/27293-tool-management-permissions
