Odd Error Students Get When Posting Discussions

Hi, I'm the student online support specialist at my college, and I've been getting an handful of students in an Art History class that keep getting this error when they try to post in the instructor's discussion area. One of the students actually got a picture of it and sent it to me. It's a little vague, so I'm trying to find out where the error originates and if it's been dealt with in the past. Thank you.

    The issue you have reported is that the students at your site get an error when trying to post to the instructor's discussion area.

    This requires further analysis and deeper investigation on our side.

    Can you please open a support case with us and provide the full steps to reproduce, along with permission to impersonate a student, so that we can further investigate the issue and provide you with a solution?
