I support a primary school which is looking to start using D2L Brightspace. I want to make sure their Smoothwall filtering system isn't blocking anything that they need, before they start using it. Is there anywhere I can obtain a list of URLs that need to be allowed through the web filtering system?

    Thank you for your post on the Community site.

    Currently, we do not have a list of URLs available that can be provided so that you can allow them at your internal firewall.

    However, you can refer to the document>https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/16753-brightspace-ip-safelisting to allow a set of public IP address depending on the region your site is hosted on.

    In addition, you can also safelist your Brightspace site URL with a *, put a computer on the DMZ, Monitor the traffic flowing, and then safelist that for your Firewall.
