Why don't I have any messages in my brightspace email

I don't have any messages in my email and I've been sent messages by my instructors and advisor

  • You should check what your notifications have been set to in your named area in the top right hand corner of Brightspace.

    Under the notifications area you can then check to see what your email settings have been set to and change the options to make suree you are recieiving them
