Class Progress Permissions

Hello. I have followed the KB at https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4465-class-progress-permissions and added all permissions to an Advisor role in BS. With that, we were hoping that Advisors could use the Go to This User's > User Progress in User Management for their advisees. But even with all the permissions enabled, they get the attached error that says No progress available for this user. When I test as an admin, I am able to see the progress as expected. I am baffled as to what permissions I am missing in order for my Advisor role to be able to access this information. Many thanks for any help folks can offer.

Hello - Thank you for your response. I looked at these articles but don't believe this pertains to our situation. I'm still seeking a solution for how our Advisor role can view student progress.
