NCE and items expired

In the NCE, why do item which have expired such as Assignments, Discussions, etc. not show up in content but Learners can see them in the regular tools?

    Hi Richard, I think you might be having similar issues a lot of our staff have in that the links in the content area and the actual tools (quizzes/disucssions etc.) have separate visibiulity options.

    I think the easist way to think of it is in Content > thats the link to the Tool and in the named tool area e.g. Quizzes that's the actual item. If the Item E.g. Quiz is visible then it doesn't matter if the content link is visible or not and vice versa.
