How can we access attachments on Survey responses?

Question

An instructor created a survey with a written response question configured to allow students to upload a file. She wanted them to anonymously submit this file as peer reviews. But now that students have submitted, we can't find a way to see their uploaded/attached files as responses. They don't appear in Statistics or any of the Reports we tried. Is there some other way to get at the attached files students submitted via the Survey tool?

I agree they SHOULD be available, but we see nothing in Individual Attempt reports. Just the question text is listed. I tested this in another course as well and produced the same result on a non-anonymous survey.

Hi @Alan.P.39, thank you for your question. Just to confirm, what kind of report type did the instructor select?

Attachments should be available in Statistics for Individual Attempts report. You can still choose to hide user's first and last names when viewing reports to maintain anonymity.
