Getting the error Keyset URL Cannot be reached

When trying to set the LTI 1.3 tool, I get the error "Keyset URL cannot be reached." However, when I open that Keyset URL in a new tab, it seems to work. What could be the issue?

Hi @GivePulse.D.9027, thank you for your question. This error usually arises when there are connectivity issues between your LTI tool and the Keyset URL. The reason why it worked on a new tab is likely because your local device can access the URL directly, while the Brightspace server couldn't contact.
