Use of role names in intelligent agent emails

Hi, we have a master module which is copied 14 times to form modules for specialist tutors. Intelligent agents (IA) are set to run in the master module before the copy process, so it would be useful for the email sent to CC in the role of tutor. This would reduce confusion because the tutor would be reminded of the existence of the IA and the message sent when the student sees it. Is there a 'Tutor' string that could facilitate this?

Unfortunately there is not a replace string available to add a tutor who is enrolled in the course offering into the IA email cc field. The idea for this feature is a good one and you should consider making a submission into the Product Idea Exchange (3rd Party Tool).

A couple of alternatives for you to consider, one using the IA tool:

• use the Checklist tool - create a list of tasks for tutors to work through when they are added to a course offering
• use the IA tool to remind tutors to update the IA cc address fields amongst other tasks suggested in the course offering
