Hello,

We would like to create a group of specific courses and generate a report on the date on which students have posted to any discussion, submitted an assignment or attempted a quiz.

This is required to manage the substantive interaction policy at our university.

Will appreciate any help and guidance this community can provide.

Thank you

    Hi Ameets.J,

Take a look at the Learner Usage - Advanced Data Set as it appears to capture most if not all of the information you are looking report on. See https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4539-list-of-advanced-data-sets#learner-usage

At this stage Brightspace Data Sets are available in Analytics Builder but not the Advanced Data Sets. You could use the Analytics Builder to recreate a report similar to the Learner Usage Data Set leveraging the Brightspace Data Sets that cover the key areas you have highlighted.

If you are interested our Learning Analytics services team could assist you in building or consulting with you on your reporting needs. Please connect with you Customer Success Manager if you would like additional information about the services available.

    Hope that helps!

Thank you Chris. Yes the learner usage gives us exactly what we are looking for. However, we need to create a group of courses for which the report is generated. Unfortunately, at this time, these courses are not under one org unit.
