border on form in award certificate

Hi , we have selected no border and no fill in adobe pro but there is a still a border on the text boxes for the user generated certificate using the template we uploaded , does anyone know how to remove it or what we need to do please? we have set up the replace text strings to show the users name now as expected, thanks!

    Hi Charmaine.P,

    The form field border properties are controlled in the pdf file. See the section Modify the appearance of form field in following Adobe help document https://helpx.adobe.com/au/acrobat/using/pdf-form-field-properties.html

    You can also download the example certificate templates from the Awards tool to see the display properties set in those files for guidance. If you are seeing the borders on those files when generating a certificate the issue is most likely a setting in your Adobe Acrobat preference. There are several Youtube videos available that step you through making the property changes that may help.
