Hello,
Is there a way to restore files deleted when overwritten on an assignment? There is no way students can retrieve but not sure whether an instructor or admin can restore it.
Hi @Jangchu.T.508, thank you for your question! Overwritten assignment submissions require a Support Request to be submitted by the instructor/course admin through the Support Request Catalog for restoration. D2L Support can recover the necessary data within 30 days, as long as the most recent submission is kept enabled on the assignment.
