How do we insure that emails are just internal to our course and going to external addresses?

Hi @Donna.S.264, great question! Most organizations use three common email configuration options. If you choose the Course email option, it provides you with a dedicated email account for internal communication, where emails can only be exchanged within Brightspace. You can find out more here:
