Is there a way to trace who locked an account? If so, how can I do that?
Is there a way to trace who locked, disabled, or enabled an account? How can I find out who made these changes? Also, are there situations where the system might automatically lock, disable, or enable an account? If so, under what circumstances does that happen?

Hi @Rogelio.d.245! To clarify, administrator access is needed to edit user accounts and view locked accounts. Accounts usually get locked automatically after several failed login attempts, but can be re-activated through the Unlock Accounts option in More actions button in the User management tool. Hope that helps!

Hi Subul.I.322,
Thank you so much for your helpful response! That definitely clarifies how accounts can get automatically locked after failed login attempts.
I have a couple more questions if you don't mind:
- Is there a way to trace who manually locked, disabled, or enabled a user account?
- How can I find out who made these changes? Does the system have an audit log or any feature that records these actions?
I appreciate any additional information you can provide!
