Has anyone implemented the Parent and Guardian app in Brightspace? We are looking into it for student services staff to observe student athletes.

Hi Amanda - we currently can't customize any of the language in Parent and Guardian, so it's not really a good choice for this.
We do have the Auditor Tool, though, and this is usually preferred for your use case.

Is there a way to assign these in Bulk to multiple classes at a time?

Bulk auditor management is still within one class. We need to assign athletics staff to each student regardless of the class they are registered for; was hoping there was something like the parent/guardian relationship or even if I could bulk upload and need to add the course org id.
Also, for the life of me, I can't find the permissions for the Auditor User role as shown in https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/4513-user-auditors-permissions
