Special access summary shows "No users" regardless of actual user count

In the assessment page's Availability Dates & Conditions sidebar, under Special Access, the user summary now shows "No users" with a red error icon. Up until recently, this would show an accurate count of users who have been granted special access (eg. "138 users")."

This seems to be a recently-introduced bug.

    Hi Stephen,

    When you say Assessment, do you mean Brightspace Assignment or Quiz? I'm unable to reproduce this internally, can you please contact support so we can do some investigation?

    Hi Megan,

    I was seeing this in both areas. But I checked just now, and the bug seems to have been fixed. Now the red error icon is gone and the text says "99 users with special access", as it did previously.
