I want to create an interactive wall so my students can introduce themselves and see each other's presentations. Is there a way to achieve this? I know there is a discussions tool but is there any other way it can be linked to an assignment or any other tool in the platform?

In addition to the Discussion tool, another tool that comes to mind is the Activity Feed. I've linked to the documentation for this tool below.

Other 3rd party tools are available that may have the functionality you are after, most require you to have an account with them and can be integrated into Brightspace using the LTI framework or similar.
