We recently had an incident where a scientific term was not accurately recognized in the captioning. The result was a derogatory term in the text. Can anyone offer tips to get the most accurate captions?
Hello Lynn,
The most accurate auto-generated captions will come from the highest quality audio. The speaker should be using a higher-quality external microphone in a quiet area and enunciate as much as possible.
You can also edit the auto-generated captions using the Advanced Editing feature to correct the inaccurately recognized terms.
Best,
Andrea
