    Hi Linda,

    For a student to have access to a course in Brightspace they must:

    • have a Brightspace user account created by your institution
    • be enrolled into the course offering

    The course offering must also be: active; available to students with no course start/end date restrictions; or the course start date has passed.

    Please connect with your institutions online learning support team to resolve any student access issues your learners may be experiencing. If needed they can open a support case with the D2L support team to resolve any issues.
