Is there a way to reset all quiz attempts to zero for one user in a course?

My TAM said they can reset all completion progress for the user through using APIs. I'm not sure how that works but they are saying the only way to reset a quiz for one user is to individually reset them within the course. Does anyone know a more efficient way to reset all quizzes for one user/one course?

Currently, the quiz attempt for a user can only be reset individually per quiz within a course.
