How can I change my forwarding email options?

I went into my account settings as I would like to change my email, but it is grayed out and doesn't allow me to edit it.

    Hi Jillian,

    You will need to contact the online learning support team at your institution to discuss the issue and request. The option for you to self-manage this information is likely to have been disabled by them.
