I would like to inquire if it’s possible to change the usernames for all learners simultaneously. Could this be accomplished using the Bulk User Management or Bulk Auditor Management features?

Yes it is. I suggest that you contact the D2L Support team before making the change to your production environment so they can provide you additional guidance and support if necessary.
Note: It is important that you test any change in your test environment before making the change to your production environment.
Make sure you understand the implications of making username changes to your datasets and across the different tools before making the change, including authentication into Brightspace. Ensure you have a communication/change strategy in place to update all users of the change and communicate new authentication details if necessary.
In the first instance you need to ensure all users have a unique OrgDefinedID value as this will be used as a mapping attribute for each user when updating the username. If you decide to make the change, start with a small number of users to ensure if anything goes wrong you have less corrections to make, be sure to validate and QA all changes made.

All of our learners have a unique OrgDefinedID. I attempted the update with a small group, but it didn’t work as expected. I’ve reached out for support but haven’t received a response yet.
