I have question regarding competencies and rubric how to call what is objectid in rubrics api.

I could be wrong but as I understand it:
We categorize the kinds of objects that can be associated with (evalutated by) rubrics, and use the term EVAL_T to stand in for an appropriate string name. Each of these objects has an ID, e.g. QuizId, SurveyId and so forth. So it's the id of the object in the course offering which is associated with the rubric.
