How to enroll administrators into Brightspace course?

I'd like to enroll some people with administrator access into a Brightspace course. Does anyone know how to do this? Add participants and Manage User Enrollment don't seem to work.

    Your admin role I assume is cascading, meaning they already have access to all org units, but can not register for a course. Most institutions use separate accounts for admin and staff.

    If you really want to enroll admin to a course, then a workaround is Users → Search for admin user → Manage User Enrollments → search the course → Change the role.
