If you have reviewed the documentation and are still having issues, I recommend you create a support ticket so that our IT folks can take a closer look at what may be causing this within your instance.
Hello @Julie.L.787 , Thanks for your prompt response. Unfortunately, the SMS notification option is not available on my institution only email. I would like to contact support, however I don't have access to ASC. How should I proceed? 🙏

We ended our support for SMS notifications with the July release so it is expected that the options are no longer visible. This was announced via our normal end of life and release notifications. You can view the announcement
