Are there any planned improvements to Discussions and Calendar?
Is there any work currently planned or underway to improve the look & feel and functionality of either (or both) the BrightSpace Discussion Forum or the Calendar? In contrast to other existing bulletin board/discussion forum/calendar platforms, the UX is in serious need of innovation. The only thing I see on the Road Map is "Identify Discussion Topics Created With AI Assistance".

I think the best place to find these kinds of updates is the official Product Roadmap, which you've already mentioned consulting. However, you might be interested in the Brightspace Community Idea Site, where you can search, suggest, and upvote product suggestions made by Brightspace users. Many of these ideas make their way onto the Product Roadmap. I see lots of suggestions for the Discussions and Calendar tools, so I'd encourage you to go check out those and upvote away! :)
