I have recently become the Admin for D2L and I am having a issue running a class migration batch. I receive these errors.

Thank you for reaching out to us through community!
The error messages "user can not be created. errors: the username supplied is invalid or already in use. please choose a different username" means that user initially was not created using IPSIS (but may exist and is created manually in Brightspace). When we tried to update the information the system is not detecting the information inside IPSIS then it proceeds to create the user inside Brigthspace which gives us the error: The username supplied is invalid or already in use. The user already exists and the process can not create it again.
Error: No user mapping found for source system: is thrown when User not created through IPSIS but Enrollments are sent over.
