Can I have API account working on devcop.brightspace.com?

Hi D2L Community!

I do not have access to any D2L instance to develop applications with D2L API.
So, I was wondering if it is possible to get API account for devcop.brightspace.com to test my application, I used "DevCoPStudent" account. However, it does not work as expected.

Please let me know if there are any accounts available on devcop.brightspace.com or other alternatives I can use when I do not have access to any D2L instance.

    I asked a similar question about this a few days ago. A D2L Admin said that this instance is being deprecated and is in it's final phases and they are not making the login details public, unfortunately. They redirected me to working with the partners team for my development purposes and after filling out the enrollment paperwork, they are setting me up with my own development instance of Brightspace. I suggest sending an email to partners@d2l.com. A lady, Andrea has been working with me and is absolutely wonderful. Best of luck!
