Quiz HELP!!

My professor posted a quiz with no question in it, I clicked on the link to take the quiz it was empty I notified my professor she stated she corrected the quiz reposted it and reset my quiz so that I can retake it. It did not reset the timer kept going and got a 0/10. I notified my instructor and she said to notify brighspace help desk. I need help please this is so incredibly frustrating.
