unable to access Brightspace on school site

Hi,
I'm attending Tri-C and I am unable to access Brightspace. Can you help me get in? When I try it says:
There was a problem processing your authentication.
Your username/password was invalid or your particular user does not exist on our system.
If you have any questions please see your system administrator.
But it should be an automatic login as I am already logged into the school site.
