    Welcome to the Brightspace Community.

    You earn badges for passing quizzes, for example, or by reading all the content topics of a particular module. There are many ways to get badges, and overall, they are associated with your accomplishments throughout a course. it all depends on how or whether your instructor chooses to set them up for their courses.
