Does anyone know how to add TAs to a course site as a bulk upload? We have huge classes, so many TAs must be manually added to a site. Doing it one at a time is cumbersome.

Unfortunately, we don't have either of these tools available. we only have 'Add existing users.'
I think it is an effort to prevent people without a valid ID from being added to Brightspace.
Our TAs have valid IDs.
Any other ideas?
Yes, the use case you describe regarding the creation of users is a common one. If the instructors/course owners do not have the permissions to enrol users at the course level, the task would need to be actioned by your LMS Administration team using the functionality/tools described above. If a point of difference for your TA's is their institution email address, you could do a partial search on that value e.g. @d2l.com to return a smaller subset of users from which to select from. Other option to propose to your LMS Administration team are to use the User Collections tool to do a bulk enrolment of TAS's into courses. The User Collections tool provides you with additional search options to do the initial TA group creation, and subsequent enrolment(s). If your institution uses the Discover tool, allowing TA's to self-enrol into the courses they need to access may be an option if this fits with the use case.
