List of default instructor permissions?

We're having an issue with the Hawkes Learning LTI and they believe it's something unchecked in the Instructor permissions that's causing the issue. So two questions:

1. Has anyone had an issue with the Hawkes Learning integration syncing?
2. Is there a list somewhere of the default set of permissions for Instructor so I can check them against our current settings?

Hi Melissa - we do have some "Default" roles that we use for new clients. What is more likely is that your instructor role hasn't been mapped to a 1EdTech (formerly IMS) role. Have you confirmed this under "IMS Configuration" in the Admin Cog?
