Edit: After some additional digging around I was able to find the area I was looking for.
Glad you sorted it out! The Course Admin page, available within any course, is basically the same as what you can get for the organization OU# (6606 in most cases).
One trick I like to use is changing the values on the browser's address bar to jump from the Course Admin page (from example) from one course directly to another by changing the OU# in the path and hitting ENTER. As long as you're enrolled in the corresponding OU# (and have equivalent permissions) you can use this "URL Hacking" approach.
