HI everyone, i am looking for ways to improve the video note tool in the Exams section...

Hey! I am working with an in-person observed exam situation and i would like to use the video note tool to film the examples. However the quality of the video is not quite high enough to do so. I would like to submit this in the PIE as a request for an upgrade. but for some reason i cannot access this at all? What should i do in this situation?

    Can I please confirm that you are accessing PIE in the following way:

    • Logging into the Brightspace Community
    • Accessing PIE from the Resources tab or Quick Links widget
