Has anyone has a problem with using the app on mobile devices?

Yesterday, the app kept freezing up during download. Has anyone had this issue?

    For troubleshooting any issues you are experiencing with Brightspace Pulse, we have a couple of areas you can check out. One is our Brightspace Status page, there is a status indicator for Pulse under the Brightspace dropdown.

    Another is our Brightspace Pulse Troubleshooting documentation that contains frequently asked questions.

    If you are still experiencing issues with the Pulse app, we recommend first connecting with your institution's IT Help Desk to help you in troubleshooting further.
