Hi,

I am looking for a phone number that I can talk to someone about my issue that I am having. Is there an actual number I can call? I am an Super Administrator.

    Thank you for your question. During the Support Onboarding, our client's available methods of contact are provided to our ASCs. If you are looking to confirm available methods of contact, I would recommend engaging your Account Team (such as your CSM) who can help locate this information that is specific to your organization.

    Alternatively, we are always happy to schedule a call once an Admin Support Ticket is created in the ASC Homepage. In addition, here is some more information about ASCs: https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/5629-introduction-to-administrator-support
