Thank you for your question. During the Support Onboarding, our client's available methods of contact are provided to our ASCs. If you are looking to confirm available methods of contact, I would recommend engaging your Account Team (such as your CSM) who can help locate this information that is specific to your organization.
Alternatively, we are always happy to schedule a call once an Admin Support Ticket is created in the ASC Homepage. In addition, here is some more information about ASCs: https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/5629-introduction-to-administrator-support
