Is there any way to remove the large "miscellaneous icons" image that appears after a student submits a quiz?

Hi @Mike.B.559 - I am not currently aware of a way to remove the image shown when a quiz is submitted - only the text can be edited.
Thanks Monica. I thought not. If I could speak to the UX designers, I would recommend either removing the icon altogether or replacing it with something that carries more of sense of something "Submitted" like maybe a stylized post box or pile of documents in an in-box. But as it is, the pile of miscellaneous icons doesn't feel relevant to me.
