Hello,

I was able to generate a certificate with the participant s full name from the course Award, but i would like to add it to the intelligent agent.

the intelligent agent, sends an email with the certificate in the email attachment but the certificate does not include the user s name, how could i change the settings to be able to receive a certificate with the participant s full name.

any help please!

    Thanks for reaching out to the Brightspace Community!

    The Certificate that is generated via the Awards Tool is able to be viewed by the Learner once they have met the necessary criterion. This Certificate is immediately accessible to the learner upon subsequent login to Brightspace in the form of a shareable, or printable PDF.

    The replace strings that add personalized information to the custom certificate fields you designate cannot be captured using the email feature within Intelligent Agents.
