Hi, Sabrina!

1. You may use Acrobat or even PowerPoint to build a PDF.
2. with the PDF created, you must add some Replacement strings to the PDF. (Acrobat does this very well! Here are some step-by-step guide for certificate creation.

3. With the certificate created, you need to upload it when you create the award/certificate>
