Is there a way to hide courses from faculty until they are finalized and assigned to the proper faculty member?
If your courses use start dates, you can update the role setting for faculty to remove access to future courses:
The inline help next to "Access Future Courses" Says this:
Check this box if you want this role to be able to access future courses, i.e. courses before the Start Date. Start Dates and End Dates can be set from the Info page within the Course Management tool.
Where do I find that option because it doesn't show up under roles and Permissions for our faculty role.
