We are wondering if it is possible to trigger an email to parents using intelligent agents.

    Hi Tracy - I think that there is a way to do this by allowing the parent role to be shown in the classlist, though this is a work-around since this wasn't an originally intended workflow for Brightspace Parent & Guardian

    Thanks Megan,

    That makes sense. I think our teachers probably won't want the parents to show on their class list so we will ask them to come up with a different solution for now.
