Hi @Craig.B.1 May I trouble you to confirm if the visible icon may have been toggled off on the content topic
Another common cause, could be a possible release condition. If you've confirmed that the content is visible, check to see if a release condition is in place that prevents a Learner from accessing the content until they've met a specific requirement
A last check might be on a date based restriction. Some Educators may prefer that specific pieces of content are released to Learners on a specified date. This tool can help you review if this type of restriction may be in place
