Configuring Portfolio function on course pages

Hi,

I am new to Brightspace. While I have started understanding key functions, I am still trying to get my head around setting up the portfolio function. I have the following questions:

1. How can I add Portfolio function on the course page as an administrator? I will appreciate if someone could provide me with a step-by-step process.

2. Given that learners can record their learning using assignment as well, what is the key difference between setting up a portfolio and an assignment?
